Growing up with a very hands on father, I have always had a passion for DIY. As well as doing all sorts of odd jobs and repair work around the house, I was also involved in DIY during my professional life, working in sales.

Today I apply this love of DIY to keep my family home in tip-top condition without having to outsource to expensive tradesmen.

By running this site I hope to pass on my DIY knowledge to as MANY people as possible, showing them the most cost-effective way of keeping their homes in shape, so that they too may be able to economise whilst developping a new hobby.
